The Tutor Behind Your Child’s Success

Hello, I'm Fawwaz Rahim, and I run Bright Bridge 11+ Tuition. I've been tutoring privately for over 10 years now, helping children across different parts of the country prepare for grammar and independent school entrance exams. I work with families on 11 plus and 13 plus entry.

Here's what I believe: no two children learn the same way. So I take the time to get to know each student first, their strengths, the bits they find tricky, and how they like to work. Then I build the lessons around them. I keep things clear, break tricky topics down into small steps, and we practise plenty of real exam questions together. Just as importantly, I want children to feel relaxed enough to ask questions and get things wrong, because that's how they actually learn.

I studied Economics at university and later qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Alongside tutoring, I've spent years working in finance, where explaining things clearly and paying attention to detail really matter. That side of me shapes how I teach: patient, structured, and properly tailored to each child. For me, this was never just about passing an exam. It's about helping a child grow into a more confident, independent learner who believes in what they can do.
